"There is no luck or favoritism. There is only allowing or resisting, letting in or keeping out the abundance that you deserve." -Abraham Hicks I've been on a quest to know 'love' for over a year now. What I've come to realize is that 'love' is any feeling that has no barriers. The second I think something negative, I then put up a barrier between me and what I want. It's been interesting catching myself and making a new choice: one of less resistance. The biggest thing I've come away with so far is that "I" only stop "me" from getting to my goals. Where do you feel stuck? Try relaxing into that 'stuck' feeling and watch it shift. That is 'love'. 3 Way Ex. 12/10/2010

"Nothing shows a man's character more than what he laughs at." - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe I'll admit it, I laugh at anything scatological related: burps, farts, snorts, etc. I've always been this way and have not attempted to 'outgrow' this habit. Anything that will put me in stitches I'll get behind. I find a good belly laugh to be head clearing. Secretly I wish more people passed gas audibly in yoga class. I know this is tricky territory as we have a lot of embarrassment and social stigma behind 'not' doing this, but we all do it anyway and it's a chance to connect in a fun way. Who's with me?! Chance. 10/27/2010
"Sometimes you just have to take a leap and build your wings on the way down." ~Kobi Yamada Have you ever put yourself in purgatory and teetered on the edge of change but too scared to take the leap into the unknown? Or are you one to throw yourself in fully without thinking about it? Or do you hide away and not venture out to see what other things exist? Sometimes we float through being these ways depending on what life has delivered to us, but mostly we have preferences. What is your preference? What happens if you direct yourself out of your habit and try something different? How does it feel? What do you learn about yourself? | LA Nidra Transformation Quotes & Videos
