I've been on a quest to know 'love' for over a year now.  What I've come to realize is that 'love' is any feeling that has no barriers. The second I think something negative, I then put up a barrier between me and what I want.  It's been interesting catching myself and making a new choice: one of less resistance.  The biggest thing I've come away with so far is that "I" only stop "me" from getting to my goals.  Where do you feel stuck?  Try relaxing into that 'stuck' feeling and watch it shift. That is 'love'.
